Please complete the application below including your gross receipts from January 1 through December 31.
You may return the application with your Business License Tax payment by mail (P. O. Box 705, Appomattox, VA 24522) or by visiting the Town Office, 210 Linden Street, Appomattox, Virginia. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
